Buffalo Bills cornerback Drayton Florence has offered to help coach the Virginia Destroyers of the United Football League. The message by Florence was directed at head coach Marty Schottenheimer.
“@DestroyersMarty coach congrats on the job. I’m offering my services as a defensive back coach until The lockout is over. Thanks,” tweeted Florence.
Florence played for Schottenheimer in San Diego and is looking to make money some how if the 2011 NFL season ends up being canceled. Can’t say I blame the guy for attempting to secure himself financially for next season.
